Ren Calloway
Booking new projects for the coming season Independent brand & web designer

Clear brands and calm websites for small teams.

I'm Ren, a one-person studio. I help founders and small organisations turn a fuzzy idea of who they are into an identity and a website that explain it simply.

Three ways I can help

Every project is designed and delivered by me, so you talk to the person doing the work from the first call to the final file.

01

Brand identity

A considered visual system that feels like you and stays consistent wherever it shows up.

  • Logo and wordmark
  • Colour and type system
  • Concise brand guidelines
02

Websites

Focused, fast sites that say what you do in seconds and make the next step obvious.

  • Structure and copy guidance
  • Responsive design and build
  • Accessible by default
03

Design support

An ongoing design partner for campaigns, decks and the small jobs that keep piling up.

  • Presentation and pitch decks
  • Social and campaign assets
  • Site updates and new pages

Process

From first chat to launch

A simple rhythm with clear check-ins, so you always know what's happening and what I need from you.

  1. Listen

A short call to understand your goals, audience and constraints. Then a written brief we both agree on.

  2. Shape

Research, structure and early directions. We choose one route together before any polishing.

  3. Refine

Design and build in focused rounds, with feedback gathered in one place to keep things moving.

  4. Launch

Final files, a launch-ready site and a handover walkthrough so your team feels confident.

FAQ

Good questions to ask

Can't see yours here? Mention it in your enquiry and I'll answer it directly.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused identity or small website usually spans a few weeks. You'll get a clear schedule in the brief before anything starts.

How many revisions are included?

Each stage has structured feedback rounds built in. I'd rather make sure we're aligned early than count changes at the end.

Who owns the final work?

You do. Once the project is complete, you receive the final files and full usage rights to everything created for you.

Do you work with teams in other time zones?

Yes. I work remotely and plan check-ins at times that suit both of us, with written updates in between.

Tell me what you're working on

A few details are plenty to begin. I read every enquiry personally and reply with next steps.

  • No commitment. The first conversation is simply to see if we're a good fit.
  • Rough ideas welcome. You don't need a finished brief. Shaping it is part of the work.
I'll only use your details to reply to this enquiry.
